Qualification

1. The minimum bet required to qualify for prizes is 0.20 EUR or currency equivalent.

Competition

2. The Non-Stop Drop 2,300,000 EUR event is available to play in real mode only.
3. The minimum bet required to qualify for prizes is 0.20 EUR or currency equivalent.
4. Any real money spin on the qualifying games can trigger a random Cash Blast prize.
5. Any individual player can win multiple Cash Blast prizes during the event period.

Prizes

6. The cash prizes will be automatically credited to the players’ accounts as soon as the win is triggered. Once a prize is credited, it will be removed from the prize pool. The number of remaining prizes is shown in real time, on the Cash Blast widget or in the Prizes section.
7. As an alternative to (15.), our partners can choose to turn OFF the autopayment of prizes. Playson will provide a list with winners and they must be credited in maximum 3 business days (72 hours) since the win was triggered.
8. Prize pool and minimum bet for this campaign are set up in EUR and might be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.
9. The currency conversion rates are being set automatically by our system 72 hours before the promotion starts, and the values will remain the same during the whole promotion period. In case of a promotion with multiple Cash Blast promotions, the exchange rates might differ from phase to phase.

Compensation System

10. All prizes are deducted from the GGR before invoice regardless of the percentage of Bonus deduction according to the contract.
11. Additionally, we offer the Insurance feature, which means that If the total winnings of all players of 1 customer exceed 10% of the prize fund, the excess amount is deducted directly from the invoice

12. Extra insurance: The insurance can lowered with 0.5% (2% total) for each of the following marketing activities, for the duration of the promotion:

● Adding the “Cash Blast” tag on the promotional games
● Adding minimum 4 promotional games in the first 4 rows (mobile & desktop)
● Creating a “Non-Stop Drops and Races” game category on the website
● Adding the promo banner on the website

13. Important: Since this promotion lasts for 12 full months, the insurance will be calculated based on the monthly prize fund, and the GGR/invoice deductions will be applied for each month, individually, as presented below:
a. December 2022 and January 2023: Prize fund: 275,000 EUR for each month. Insurance threshold: 27,500 EUR
b. February to May 2023: Prize fund: 175,000 EUR for each month. Insurance threshold: 17,500 EUR

Example: in July 2023, the prize pool is 175,000 EUR
With 10% insurance:

● The players from “Operator 1” (wlcode) have won 25,000 EUR of prizes.
● The players from “Operator 2” have won 5,000 EUR of prizes.
● The Prize Fund is 175,000. 10% of the Prize fund is 17,500 EUR.
● For “Operator 1” 17,500 EUR will be deducted from GGR and 7,500 EUR directly from the License Fee.
● For “Operator 2” 5,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR.

With 8% insurance:

● The players from “Operator 1” (wlcode) have won 25,000 EUR of prizes.
● The players from “Operator 2” have won 5,000 EUR of prizes.
● The Prize Fund is 175,000. 8% of the Prize fund is 14,000 EUR.
● For “Operator 1” 14,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR and 11,000 EUR directly from the License Fee.
● For “Operator 2” 5,000 EUR will be deducted from GGR.

General rules

1. It is the responsibility of the Partner to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
2. It is the sole responsibility of the Partner to ensure that Playson‘s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the promotional game is offered to players.
3. Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Playson
4. If the T&C have been translated into other languages, these translations reflect the same principles. In case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
5. Playson reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion at any time, including any related T&C. These amendments will not affect players currently taking part in the promotion unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior
6. We reserve the right to not pay out a prize, where all or part of the win results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
7. We further reserve the right to not pay out a prize where, in our opinion, all or part of the win results from cheating or collusion with other players.
8. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time.
