• The Jackpot is based on thirteen (13) pre-selected football events with a contingency of 5 additional events to manage any event cancellations. The number of events may change at Meridianbet’s discretion.
• When a event is cancelled the next available contingency game will become active machining up the thirteen (13) jackpot events.
• Jackpots will have a active start and end date and time and the applicable Jackpot is only valid for that duration.

• Once a ticket is purchased it may not be cancelled or refunded, all tickets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
• The Jackpot results are final and no discussion of results will be entered into.
• In the event of entries received after the first match kick off, these tickets will be disqualified and the money refunded.
• The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, and no substitution of prizes is/are permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
• Merididanbet reserves the right to terminate, pause/suspend the Jackpots at any time, should it have rational grounds for doing so.
• The Jackpot amount is subject to change on a weekly or daily basis and is not a fixed amount each day/week. Once a Jackpot is active the amount will not be reduced.
• Meridianbet will continuously monitor any improper behavior. This includes but is not limited to arbitrage bets. Therefore, any breach or attempt and/or doubt of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in direct disqualification of the Contestant
• Meridianbet reserves the right to reject customers at any point from the Jackpot
• All Contestants partake entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the Jackpot, the Contestant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Meridianbet, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Jackpot and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct of any of Meridianbet
• Meridianbet, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves
• It is the Customers responsibility to check that the Bet instructions they have submitted are correct before confirming the Bet
• Meridianbet may in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting on a game at any time. meridianbet also reserves the right to void a game in its entirety or any Leg(s) or Bet(s): to correct any obvious errors; to maintain integrity and fairness in the Jackpot games; if there has been a change to the format or events within a game
• Subject to the other provisions all bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.
• In the event of any uncertainty about any official result, Meridianbet reserves the right to suspend settlement of any game until the uncertainty can be resolved to its reasonable satisfaction
• If a match is not completed - i.e. the full period of play (so 90 minutes in the case of soccer according to the match officials, plus any stoppage time) within 3 days of its scheduled start date, it will be considered a void Leg for the purpose of all games in which it has been included. What this entails is the Jackpot result may only be available 3 days after the final game is resulted.
• Meridianbet accepts no responsibility for typing, transmission and/or evaluation errors. Meridianbet also accepts no liability for incorrectness or incompleteness or inaccuracy of the information provided via the site, including (without limitation) any clock counting down to the beginning of the next passage of play in a game, any live scores and results

• Standard betting and Gaming Rules apply in the participation of a jackpot inclusive of palpable errors.
• Meridianbet reserves the right to withhold 95% of any prize share until the prize presentation ceremony.
• Meridianbet reserves the right to pay the amount of any Jackpot prize share to a winner by cheque or bank transfer.
• Bitech reserves the right, unless prohibited by law, to use the names, radio recordings, motion and still images of the winner, for purposes of publicity and marketing campaigns.
• Winners shall be required to avail themselves to the local Meridianbet offices with proof of identity before any payment is made. Bitech reserves the right to verify, with the relevant authorities, any identification document presented, before making any payment.
• Where a jackpot game is cancelled, the reserved games will take effect, to determine the result of the missing game result.
• The period for claiming the prize is seven (7) days failure of which Meridianbet may deem the prize forfeited, unless the period is extended, at the sole discretion of Meridianbet.
• Where 6 or more games are interrupted, abandoned, suspended or postponed,Meridianbet may at its discretion, cancel the Jackpot and refund the stake placed within 72 hours of the cancellation.
• The betting amount for jackpot can change from time to time and is in Tanzania Shilling.

Payment Tiers:

• If any match out of the 13 offered is postponed, the first next in order of the reserve matches will be placed in the place of the postponed match. If 6 or more matches are postponed, there will be no winner that week, JACKPOT will be moved to the next week.

• If 13 matches are guessed, the player receives JACKPOT in the amount of 200,000,000 TZS. If there are more winners, the prize is divided.

• If 12 matches are guessed, the prize is 10,000,000 TZS. If there are more winners, the prize is divided.

• If 11 matches are hit, the prize is 1,000,000 TZS. If there are more winners, the prize is divided.
